MYL Spring
1-6th Grade Division Our 10th season serving South Charlotte Overview: Program is open to all girls in the 1st through 6th grades. At StickWithUs.org our primary commitment is teaching the game of lacrosse while providing a great experience and instilling a love for the game. We maintain a positive environment at all times, and our highly qualified instructors help each participant have a great time building friendships, lacrosse skills and a passion for the game. We have a very strong track record helping youngsters build self-confidence and athletic skills while having a blast in our programs. Under the Direction of former USA Team Player Meg Filoon our Staff is comprised of several of the game's top coaches and players, who are eager to share their knowledge with the next generation of lacrosse enthusiasts. We offer a balanced, fun-filled experience for those trying to learn the game. Season: Sunday's only. 7 practice session starting Sunday, March 14th through Sunday, May 2, 2010 (Off Sun, April 4th). Program meets once a week on Sunday afternoons from 12 noon to 1:00 PM @ Ardrey Kell HS in South Charlotte. Girls are divided into two groups (1-3 & 4-6). NEW this Year! We have scheduled games versus other area teams for our 4-6th girls. Cost: Registration fee for the girls 1-6th grade division is $195.00 per player. The registration fee includes 7 practices, a girls lac rose stick & girls lacrosse goggles (to beginners only-players with experience assigned to an advanced section). All players also receive a MYL practice/game reversible, MYL car sticker, MYL fridge magnet, and supplemental player insurance. Due to the anticipated number of students wishing to participate, registration forms will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that schedule & field location are subject to change due to availability and final registrations. Also, while we will make every attempt to re-schedule practices & games that are canceled due to inclement weather, we can not guarantee that canceled practices or games will be re-scheduled.
